EXPECTATIONS
-Notify us of any food allergies
-Notify us at least a week in advance if you would like to add guests to your party
-We need access to the property approximately 2-3 hours before meal time
-We require a parking space
-Ensure that your kitchen counter space, sink, and dishwasher are cleared
-Show us where you keep your cookware, serveware, and serving spoons
-Only the chefs are allowed in the kitchen for safety reasons
-Set your own table
-Food is only served family style or buffet style
-We provide table clearing and clean up your kitchen space afterwards
